Ginger has her own letterhead now! She is an adorable soft sculptured cat doll. Her letterhead features beautiful handwriting and a beauty shot of Ginger.

It's Awesome Cats Time!

Hello sugar plums! Ginger here – feline reporter on call.

Things are tense here. You didn't hear this from me! BUT. The Chairman loudly suggested he could search for the meaning of life a whole lot easier if he had his World Dominationmobile.

Woah. Crickets chirped in the silence that followed. The Kreatrix still toils under massive deadlines and firmly told him:

“You, little buddy, need to practice deep breathing.”

Well, he went overboard and passed out. So…Here I Am. TA DA! And I choose Tama, a very cool Japanese cat as our Awesome Cat for this post!

Tama is indeed awesome! In 2007 she was named stationmaster at Kishi Station in Kinowkawa, Wakayama Prefecture, in Japan. She is credited for revitalizing a run-down train line and was responsible for bringing a whopping $10 million (apparently that would buy a lot of tuna) into the local town when tourists flocked to the station to check her out!

Now, at 14 years old, railway officials have decided to introduce a likely successor, a young calico named Nitama. A special ceremony introduced Nitama to the world!

Tama and her successor, Nitama, both dressed in velvet robs and fancy hats.

In the meantime, Tama continues her duties with her new trusty assistant, Nitama.

Tama even has her own really cute train!

Tama's train painted with cartoon images of her on the side.

Enjoy this video of Tama, truly deserving of our Awesome Cats honor!

And if you want an extra peek at her train, lookey here:

We Got Our Own Super Bowl

The logo for the Kitten Bowl.

That's right! With cats!

Thanks to The Hallmark Channel and The North Shore Animal League we got to watch the first ever Kitten Bowl!

The North Shore Animal League is the world's largest no-kill animal shelter! They rock!!

Ginger prepared a lovely bowl of crunchy snacks for us and we had the best time watching The North Shore Bengals win the championship!

The CEO helping himself to some snacks while watching the Kitten Bowl.

The Kreatrix thought we were so cute watching our own superbowl that she took some silly little videos and here are the highlights:

Life is good! Now it's back to work tomorrow. A BIG WEEK coming up!!

Sometimes a little guy just needs his space

Let me explain.

This is how my World Dominationmobile is stored in the back yard while we're working on it.

The Chairman's car is underneath a tarp.

So far, so good.

I'm not sure how to say this but here goes:

"Ginger is just really, really pretty and well, I kinda wanted time with her...ALONE. "

Now, you may know where I'm going with this. I told Dude where Gin-gin and I were headed. HOWEVER, the Kreatrix couldn't find me and started getting really panicked (or so Dude said). Dude escapes to the back yard to warn us and here is what the Kreatrix saw from inside the house.

Dude's backside hanging out of the car as it is still partially covered with the tarp.

Dude wants to know what to tell the Kreatrix because she's so worried and what if she calls the Police?

Ginger and the Chairman lean towards Dude as creeps under the tarp to warn them.

We were just about to come back inside when this happened:

The tarp is lifted way up over the car as Ginger and The Chairman stare up at the Kreatrix.

We inhaled and held our breath as we looked up at our beloved Kreatrix.

"Awwww. Were you guys necking?"

The Kreatrix hand can be seen motioning to Ginger and The Chairman.

You might think the story ends there...ya know, with us not getting in trouble. But Kreatrix starts singing all these songs by a man named Barry White and says she's got a little surprise she's going to prepare for me.

Uh-huh. Well...here it is.

It's That Time Again!

Time to wax poetic over the marvels of our feline friends! And just to prove I'm not alone I 'll continue to post uplifting stories from other souls who've found the love of a cat to be life altering.

First, I'll wax poetic over my gang via photos from the past week (taken with my cell phone). Many of these photos end up on Instagram and I'll be attaching that account to the blog soon!

And now on to Bob The Street Cat

Bob the street cat sitting at the feet of James Bowen, his human companion, as James plays his guitar on the streets of London.

Bob is a British cat who is credited with saving the life of James Bowen, a musician and recovering drug addict. Truth be told, James also saved Bob's life and Bob has never forgotten it.

Bob the cat poses with James Bowen.

Bowen is blown away by the amount of love, loyalty and trust Bob gives to him, despite the fact he has had so many struggles in his life before meeting Bob. Bowen says

"If a cat can give that kind of love, why can't a human help in that kind of way. But people look the other way so often."

This touching story has been turned into a best selling book that I've just purchased. As one fan waiting in line to meet Bob and James in a bookstore remarked:

"A young man who lost his way and then found his way because of a cat...to me that is always going to be amazing."

Cover of the book entitled A Street Cat Named Bob

This first video will fill you in on the history of Bob and James.

The marvelous video up next is shorter and features Bob "on tour" helping  James promote the book. The joy, the love, the happiness that one small creature has created is marvelous!

The Chairman's letterhead complete with his photo and pawprint.Words With Cat Friends

Keyword alert: Words With Cat Friends. These spiderbots are killin' me. And we have to use the keyword in our first paragraph no less. Sheesh. Words with Friends, Words with Friends! Gorge yourself on my Words with Friends you crazy spiderbots.

Anywho, in my continuing attempt to understand humans, I make sure I learn new words and their meanings every week. Lo and behold, I find an online dictionary that is kind enough to even pronounce the words for me.

Uh huh. Thought nothin' about it until Dude comes into my life.

Well...Dude gives Ginger the video camera and she films us in the act.

Let me just say this was NOT my idea. The good news is it made the Kreatrix laugh. The bad news is she said we had to post a "pretty" video, too. BORING.

Here's Gingers:

And here's the "pretty" one. Kreatrix said everyone is getting stressed out this time of year so we all needed a short time out. SO WATCH THIS! There's a surprise photo at the very end. I was sure the Kreatrix would cut it but she said

"That's actually a very good photo."

We'd like to thank Bobby McFerrin for stopping by our pad to sing for this video. NOT! A cat can dream, though.

I, the Kreatrix, am stepping in for my little buddy, the Chairman, who will be taking a few days off to attend to pressing family issues. The video below will explain it all. Please join us Friday when we resume our regular schedule.

And for the record, we have no keywords for the spiderbots to latch onto. Oh my. I fear we will go unnoticed for several days. I love my little Chairman but his family needs him at this time.

The Chairman's letterhead complete with his photo and pawprint. There are no keywords for this post. I am...I am...Well...I don't care.

It all started out just FINE.

The Kreatrix received a package from one of my biggest competitors for her attention: Darth Vader (a "client").  All right, she said he was nice but still!

So I thought I would help her and open it.

Two Cute Cat Dolls open a box delivered by Federal Express.

Wow! Beautiful, brightly colored thingys. The CEO and I were soooo excited. It was all so exotic. We spread the bounty out on the floor for the Kreatrix to view.

Cat dolls take a selfie photo with all the colorful objects.

And, yes, we took a selfie. So sue us. The Kreatrix was taking her own sweet time coming out to see what she'd received.

Long story short, we got bored and created a game to play. It was called STACK THE BRIGHTLY COLORED THINGYS.

Bright colorful rolls stacked on top of each other.

Check out the CEO's expression. He is undergoing some steely concentration.

Wally came to watch while I skillfully stacked the colorful thingys. I was ahead at this point

Two cat dolls playing a stacking game.

Chairman takes a selfie during the game.

And then, at long last, the Kreatrix showed up:

"Whatcha doing?" she asked sweetly.

Tennis shoes appear in the picture as the cats play their game.

I described the lovely stacking game we invented and that the CEO was now ahead.

And then she said.

"That sounds very creative. You do know what those are, don't you?"

Wally looked at us all "uh-huh, go ahead...make my day...answer the question."

Wally, the cat, photo bombs the game.

Of course I didn't know. So then She enlightened us:

"They're doggy waste bags. You know, for doggie poop. I have to design the box they go in."

Wha....wha...WHAAAAT?

I said in slow motion "I was playing with (and I said it cause I didn't care how much money I had to put in my freakin' piggy bank) DOG SH*T BAGS............."

I scrubbed and scrubbed my paws. I barely calmed down long enough for her to show me this bag.

Doggy poop bag with kitty head and cross bones underneath.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? WHY....WHY would you put steamy doggy poopola in a bag with a kitty head on it....or hearts or sweet little pawprints? WHY? You all are SICK, you hear me? Oh, my poor Kreatrix...that she has to make her living in such a manner.

I've got to go lay down.
